If you do not have room for a ¼, ½, or whole steer, or your family is small and you do not need that much beef, you can order packaged beef by the pound. 

As available we have: Beef Cubes, Chuck Roast, Eye Round Roast, Filet Mignon, Ground Beef, London Broil, Rib Steaks, NY Strip Steaks, Porterhouse, Short Ribs, Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Tip Roast, T-Bone Steaks and more.
